Acquarella Moisturizer is specifically formulated to be compatible with Acquarella Nail Polish, in that it uses natural moisturizing agents to effect supple cuticles. Rather than being a creamy lotion, this light water-based rub is perfect substitute for cuticle oils and emollients that may interfere with adhesion of our polish.

Just get a bottle of aloe vera gel
This isnt really anything special. Its just a gel with aloe and PCA, and I have had just as good results from either aloe vera gel, PCA spray, or safflower oil. This is supposedly to go with their nail polish, which I do love by the way, but again, I didnt notice any great moisturized results.

Soothing & Refreshing
Though this moisturizer has a very thin consistency it does leave my dry hands smoother + softer. It's oil free, fragrance free and sinks in well which I appreciate because I detest the tacky feeling + scent left by most conventional lotions.

I'm looking forward to using this in conjunction w/ Acquarella's nail conditioner. The nail conditioner is a good product. It lasts longer than conventional nail polish on my nails + has a lovely sheen.

BTW, the product photo doesn't accurately reflect the actual product color. The moisturizer is actually brown + kinda looks like weak, diluted coffee. I called the company to check to make sure my bottle was okay.
