I used the PediNova III, and it does a good job. More information about what purpose each attachment is for would be nice.

I like the PediNova 3 manicure/pedicure kit very much. It worked well and was not difficult to use. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service from the dealer - Oximeter/Healiohealth and advise against buying from them. I'm surprised they are carried as an Amazon merchant.

Expensive but effective
The device works well but should be offered with fewer tool inserts at a lower price, and should be reversible in rotation direction. It would benefit a lot from more detailed instructions on how to use (and not use) the different tool inserts.

Pros: continuously adjustable speed, right amount of power to work effectively without injury, sturdy, easy to change inserts, plug in rather than battery (battery operated models are typically lower power and go through a lot of batteries), a tool for everything

Cons: expensive, rotates in only one direction, lacks detailed instructions on use of different tools, doesn't collect the material filed off, package form insert was broken upon arrival, both the kit zipper case and the tool plastic case are not well designed.

Even so, I think this is the best product on the market right now.

Not the correct product!
Be aware: If you order this product from the Hairproducts, you will not receive the correct item! The item in the picture is a diffent one comparing to the item they'll mail you! Yes, it is a Pedinova, but it's the kit in the blue case with a zip (older model?). Returning was a bit complicated and took time, but finally I received a refund.

Wonderful solution!
I recently purchased the Home Pedicure PediNova III Electric Manicure Kit and really like it. I had been searching for something that wouldn't be as expensive as the ones used in the salon I used to visit, and this definitely fits the bill. It does a great job of removing tough calluses, comes with many different "heads" which provide varying degrees of abrasiveness, has a long and very flexible coiled cord, and is a powerful instrument. My feet have never looked so good! I highly recommend this product.
