I unfortunately bought this originally from the mall and happy to find it at Amazon at a much better price. My nails look fabulous. They are shiny - the buffer is "the bomb".

This product is exactly what I've been looking for - something that makes my nails look good without using nail polish. The buffing tool with sides of three different textures smooths and shines nails. The oil deals with cuticles without cutting them. My nails look better than they ever have - smooth and really shiny with no ugly cuticle.
Nail buffer works great
The nail buffer works great, it even has a step by step instruction on the nail buffer itself so you know which side to use first. The cuticle oil works fine, but you dont get the cuticle oil in the picture, its in a cheap looking bottle that you could pick up at a drugstore for two dollars. The buffer will have your nails shiny and smooth without those ridges that you would normally see. Save yourself the 20 dollars it cost to get a manicure and just do it at home

I love the nail buffer. It is just like the one that they sell at the malls only more reasonable. I wish they sold them at the stores. My nails never looked so good and healthy.
